My Vision
I will be the person who was instrumental in lifting the lives of more than 100,000 primary and secondary school going children in the region of Bihar through education and life direction setting.
I will create the opportunity for these children to have a state change in their life situation.
The concept of “State Change” has been borrowed from the book Loon Shots by Safi Bahcall. The state change refers to the latent potential in every person or every situation which through minor tweaks and adjustments can be brought to the fore and make a massive impact. For example, just a one-degree centigrade difference in temperature would change water from liquid state to solid state.
My favourite example of creating a state change is by just the rearrangement of carbon atoms into a single layer creates Graphene and which makes carbon compound become a super material in terms of strength and conductivity.
Why do I believe that it is me who has to do this job?
My belief stems out of the fact that I have the width of experiences, I have the knowledge, I have the networks which can help me make this state change possible. Additionally, I have the desire, in fact I have a burning desire to make this impact. And most importantly through my business I will have monetary means to fund my initiatives
My Mission
My mission is to create super-scaled impact with everything I do.
This has been true in my professional career so far, where our clients have benefitted hugely from engaging with me and our company Integrated Retail.
My new mission is to create super-scaled impact for the underprivileged through being elected to a public office.
I believe that getting into elected office increases the scope of impact that can be created significantly. This is my primary driver for trying to get into elected office that is become a minister or at the very least become a member of the parliament in India.
My mission is to create a “State Changing” impact for school going children.
My deep-seated belief is that children in primary and secondary schools, especially in secondary schools are at a stage in life where every additional year spent in school creates a super-scale impact on their entire lives in terms of income generation and overall well-being. This is a concept that is borrowed from the book Poor Economics, by Abhijit Banerjee and Esther Duflo.
